The Can SPAM Act is a law the US Government created to try to help consumers from being improperly solicited via email just as the National Do Not Call List protects us from unwanted phone calls and the Junk Fax Prevention act does for the fax machine.  In this video, we will break down this law and how it pertains to any email marketing efforts you may do for your real estate business.
