Hootlet Browser Extension
Hootlet is a browser extension for the very popular social media dashboard or management system HootSuite. HootSuite (see review here) allows you to monitor and post to all your social media profiles from one location very and the Hootlet extension allows you to quickly share or post to your social media accounts without even going to/logging into HootSuite.
