How to Succeed in a Post iOS 13 World

If you aren’t aware of it, Apple has added several new features in its recent update to iOS 13. One of these key changes is the “block unknown callers” feature, which tries to eliminate spam (telemarketer &/or robocalls) by sending any call from an unknown number (i.e. that aren’t in your contacts phone book) directly to voicemail. While this might help clear up some unwanted calls, it means it will also be harder to reach prospective clients or even call back a hot lead.

In this webinar RETI’s Warren Dow and special guest David Etheredge, CEO of Savvy Card will focus on the 3 main challenges agents need to overcome: 1. Getting their names into prospect’s contact books so they’re not ignored when they call 2. Using other communication mechanisms, like text messages, which are not ignored by the phones 3. Evaluating their follow up systems, like call center ISA’s, to ensure they’re spending their money effectively and that the ISA is using text messaging as the primary means to connect
